Ben has been asked 'is my pet OK?' by friends and family his whole life. He decided to build a world where expert vet advice is never more than a few minutes away. Since founding VidiVet, he's grown the platform to work with over 200 UK vet practices, giving more than a million pet owners access to real, RCVS-registered vets whenever they need them.

With a lifelong passion for the veterinary industry, Laura has worked in the profession since she was just 14. At VidiVet, she supports clinics throughout their journey with the platform, from onboarding through to ongoing customer success, making sure they get the most from the service.

Poppy leads the marketing function at VidiVet, driving multi-channel campaigns across digital, PR and events for the UK veterinary telehealth platform. With a lifelong love of animals, she brings a data-led approach to brand strategy and team building.

Imogen works closely with vet practices to help them get the word out to pet owners through marketing, and has meaningfully grown pet owner activation since joining the team. She loves that her work directly supports vets, pet owners, and the pets they care for.

Kate has spent her career making complicated things feel simple. At VidiVet that focus is on research, design, product, and making sure when a pet owner needs help at 2am, the experience is as calm and reassuring as the advice they get.

Chris heads the VidiVet technology team. He uses his 25+ years of technology sector experience to develop the VidiVet system and ensure it is always available to pet owners in their time of need. Unusually for this team, Chris has never had a pet - but did once look after the school terrapins!

Peter is a Software Developer at VidiVet, working across the pet owner and vet apps, the API, and the customer portal and website CMS. He helps keep the platform running smoothly for pet owners and vets alike.

Fraser is a Software Engineer at VidiVet, bringing experience in full stack development and test driven development within an agile environment. He works across the platform's pet owner and vet apps, the API, and the customer portal and website CMS, helping ensure a smooth, reliable experience for both pet owners and vets.

Sarah qualified from the University of Nottingham and worked initially in farm animal practice. Her career has taken her to Australia, where she treated animals from snakes to lynx. She loves making a difference to the profession she's part of and is really proud of what the team has built for both pet owners and practices alike.

Luisa joined VidiVet as one of the original vets on the platform in 2021 and has loved watching it grow and develop into an amazing service for practices and clients, as well as a wonderful place to work. She looks after the vets on the service from recruitment to training, quality control and staff satisfaction and strives to ensure VidiVet's vets are happy and fulfilled while providing an excellent service to clients.
