What is VidiVet?
VidiVet is a digital front door to your veterinary practice. We help pet owners understand the urgency of their pet's symptoms, signposting when an appointment is needed and what the next steps in their clinical care might look like. We're here to offer 24/7 reassurance and support, whenever you need us. By handling this first point of contact, we free up clinical teams to focus on what they do best: treating pets.
Our History
VidiVet was founded in March 2020 by Ben Sweeney, a practising vet who saw first hand the gap between what pet owners needed and what a stretched veterinary industry could offer. Since then, VidiVet has grown from a Liverpool based start up into a UK wide telehealth platform.
From the outset, VidiVet's mission was to do things differently, keeping vet practices at the centre of a pet owner's journey rather than replacing them. We work in synergy with practices, supporting our colleagues on the ground by being available to pet owners 24/7 and offering prompt, reliable signposting and advice.
